Yeah, it's something we're exploring more now. Our user journeys have always been tied up in Agile stories or done but just without the label 'user journeys'.

Angela (http://www.linkedin.com/in/aarnold14) is creating personas and more explicit user journeys for her current project as we speak. Hopefully we'll write something together on here about her experiences.

Do you have anything to share yourself, there? Always interested in seeing how other people/teams operate.

I love your work and your thoughts - that is exactly what I am dealing with at the moment:how to make UCD more understandable and "touchable" for companies. And that's very challenging as there is never just ONE solution, one way to go and therefore it's hard to provide project managers with a guideline about when to use which method - isn't there always an "it depends"? :o) But I really love your summary about UCD, I am doing the exact same thing right now...

I'd be really interested in what you come up and how you pitch it within your company.

We've had a huge change in how we approach projects and generally there's buy-in across the company to include users throughout the design/development process: Management buy-in came from involving them in some (quite expensive) eye-tracking but all the developers and analysts are behind it because we invited them to sit in on regular usability tests.

Our biggest challenge now is integrating it into an Agile development process...
